You do not need to submit any identity documents at this stage — CNIC verification is only required before your first withdrawal.

No. Each player is allowed one 99aba account only. Multiple accounts from the same person violate the Terms and Conditions and can result in both accounts being suspended along with any pending withdrawals. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset on the login page or contact support — do not register a new account.

Identity verification is done by submitting a photo of your CNIC — both front and back — through the verification section of your account dashboard. The photo should be clear, well-lit and show all four corners of the document. Verification is typically reviewed within a few hours during business days. Complete this early so there is no delay when you request your first withdrawal.
Tip: Submit your CNIC as soon as you register, not just before your first withdrawal. It is one less thing to deal with when you are ready to cash out.

Both can be changed from your account settings page after you are logged in. To change your password, you will need to enter your current password first. To update your mobile number, a verification code is sent to the new number to confirm it is yours. Update your mobile number promptly if you change your SIM — it is used for login and password recovery.

Accounts get temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the Login page. Deposits & Withdrawals 6 questions

99aba supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR — there is no currency conversion charge when you deposit or withdraw. The funds then travel through the payment network, which can add a short additional wait depending on your bank or mobile wallet. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals tend to arrive faster than bank transfers.

No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — from a family member's account, a shared wallet or any other person's account — are not accepted. Deposits identified as third-party may be returned and can trigger an account review.

99aba does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own processing charges for incoming transfers, but those are outside 99aba's control. Betting & Cricket 5 questions

Yes. Pakistan Super League matches are covered throughout the PSL season with pre-match and in-play markets. Markets typically open a day before the match and include win/loss, run totals, top batsman, method of dismissal, over-by-over runs and more. In-play markets stay live during the match and settle when the result is confirmed.

The Bet section covers a wide range of sports. Football — including international leagues and tournaments — is consistently available alongside cricket. Bets are settled based on the official result of the match or event. For cricket, this typically means the result as confirmed by the governing body — DRS overturns and super overs are included. Settlement usually happens within a short time after the match ends. Settled bets appear in your bet history with the final result and payout shown.

Cash out is available on selected markets and is shown as an option in your active bets section when it applies. The cash-out value changes in real time based on current match conditions. If the option is showing, you can accept the offered amount and your bet is settled immediately at that value. Not all bets or markets offer cash out.

If a match is abandoned or cancelled before a result is determined — for example due to rain with no reserve day — bets are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR balance. If a result is reached via the Duckworth-Lewis method or a reduced-over match, bets generally stand and are settled on the official result.
