In-play bets on cricket and other live sports are subject to a short processing delay. Any bets placed after the relevant outcome has already been determined will be void. We take all reasonable steps to prevent this but reserve the right to void bets where results were known at the time of placing.
Bets are settled based on the official result from the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 99aba's trading team is final. Settlement may be delayed where results are subject to official inquiry or review.
Slot games, live casino tables and fish shooting games operate under rules defined by the respective game providers. The platform hosts these games but is not the developer of each individual title. Each game displays its own rules and paytable within the game interface.
If your connection drops mid-game, the outcome of any round in progress will be determined by the game provider's server-side result. For most titles, an interrupted round will be completed and the result recorded when you reconnect. For live casino, the hand or round in play at the time of disconnection follows the standard house rules for that variant.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided. We are not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
