Most login issues come down to one of a handful of causes. Before assuming there is a bigger problem, work through these in order.
Pakistan mobile numbers on 99aba should be entered in the 03xx-xxxxxxx format — eleven digits starting with 03. If you registered with a number that starts with +92, try removing the country code and entering the 0 at the start instead. Both formats refer to the same number but the login field expects the local format.
Passwords on 99aba are case-sensitive. If your Caps Lock is on by accident, the password will not match what you set during registration. This is a surprisingly common reason for failed logins, especially on a phone keyboard where Caps Lock can get activated without you noticing.
If you genuinely cannot remember your password, the forgot password option on the login page sends a reset link to your registered email or a verification code to your mobile number. If you previously set up a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through your responsible gaming settings, your login will be blocked for the duration of that period.
